Delete it in the app
- Open BeepRun and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open Settings.
- Tap “Delete account” and confirm.
Deletion happens straight away and cannot be undone.
If you can’t open the app
Email polugeorge0822@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my BeepRun account”. So we can confirm it is you, send it from the email address on the account, or tell us that address and how you sign in (Google or Apple).
We delete the account within 30 days of receiving the request and email you when it is done.
What is deleted
- Account details (sign-in email address, user ID)
- Profile (display name, age, gender)
- All beep test run records
- EXP and quest progress
What is not deleted
- Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
- Purchase and billing records are kept by Apple, Google and our subscription provider for as long as law and accounting rules require.
- Usage statistics aggregated so they no longer identify you may remain.
